This year started off looking as busy as ever with the Reunion shows booked as usual on 3 of the 4 Bank Holiday Sundays in April, May and August at The Brewhouse and Kitchen in Southbourne, Bournemouth. The Poole Harbour Festival had also been confirmed again, however things changed dramatically, not only for us but for the world…….so all the gigs were cancelled and we went into lockdown.
Good news was that we continued our Wednesday night Steamhouse Rock Nights radio show on Bournemouth’s Hot Radio but had moved it to a new time slot of 9pm – 11pm playing all those wonderful air guitar anthems, rock classics and new releases.
You can listen to Hot Radio on – 102.8fm, www.wearehotradio.com or Tune in plus you can also download the podcast from the listen again feature from the Hot Radio website.
We then joined another radio station this year based in Brighton, Metal Meyhem Radio starting on Monday nights 10pm –midnight, but after a successful start was moved to the prime time spot of Friday night’s 7pm – 9pm, again playing air guitar anthems, rock classics and new releases.
You can listen to Metal Meyhem Radio on www.metalmeyhemradio.com or tune in, plus you can also download the podcast from the listen again feature from the Metal Meyhem Radio website or get access to it to download from Mixcloud or our Steamhouse Rock Nights Facebook page.
We are now beginning to stream live shows from my home on the Bank holiday Sundays which can be accessed through Mixcloud and our Facebook Page, look out for the adverts.
We also have a Steamhouse Rock Nights page on Mixcloud you can access, via
